Für ein namhaftes Industrieunternehmen am Standort Nürnberg suchen wir eine geschickte und zuverlässige Isolierer (m/w/d) zur Unterstützung in der Fertigung von Transformatorenkomponenten.

  • In einem technisch anspruchsvollen Umfeld übernehmen Sie Aufgaben, bei denen Präzision und Fingerfertigkeit gefragt sind.
  • Die vorliegende Stelle ist im Rahmen der Arbeitnehmerüberlassung zu besetzen.

Isolierhelfer (m/w/d)

  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Isolieren von Kupfer- und Aluminium-Komponenten mittels Hand oder Maschine
  • Zuschneiden und Anbringen von Isolationsmaterialien
  • Bearbeitung der Isolierung mit Schere und anderen Hilfsmitteln
  • Sorgfältige Ausführung der Arbeit nach Vorgaben und Qualitätsstandards
  • Ihre Qualifikationen:
  • Idealerweise eine technisch-gewerbliche Vorausbildung oder vergleichbar
  • Hohes Maß an Fingerfertigkeit und handwerklichem Geschick
  • Zuverlässige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit (Früh-/Spät-/Nachtschicht)
  • Übertarifliche Bezahlung inkl. Branchenzuschläge (nach IG-Metall)
  • Unbefristeter Arbeitsvertrag mit 6 Monaten Probezeit
  • Jahressonderzahlungen, wie Urlaubs- und Weihnachtsgeld (nach BAP)
