Role Purpose
FTSE Russell is seeking a capable, organised and detail-oriented Issue Management Associate to support the effective operation of the first-line Issue Management framework across the global business.
This role will play an important part in coordinating issue lifecycle activity, supporting remediation delivery, maintaining high-quality issue records and producing reliable management information for governance and senior oversight. This includes monitoring remediation plans, challenging data quality gaps, preparing governance materials, tracking decisions and actions, and supporting the production of clear, accurate and audit-ready reporting.
The role requires someone who can operate with a good degree of independence, manage competing priorities, follow up effectively with collaborators and help identify recurring themes, process weaknesses or emerging risks from issue data. It is well suited to someone with prior experience in governance, controls, risk, audit support, operational resilience, issue management or remediation environments who is looking to deepen their expertise in a regulated financial services and market infrastructure business!

Provide clear commentary to accompany MI, explaining key movements, areas requiring attention and potential risks to delivery.
Help ensure MI is accurate, reconciled, timely and suitable for senior management, second line, audit or regulatory review.
