  • Melakukan investigasi awal terhadap kejadian atau indikasi pelanggaran keamanan.
  • Membuat laporan terkait security incident, investigation, dan security activity.
  • Melakukan koordinasi dengan Operations, HR, Transport, Vault, dan departemen terkait dalam penanganan masalah keamanan.
  • Melakukan koordinasi dengan pihak eksternal seperti kepolisian, security building, atau pihak berwenang apabila diperlukan.
  • Memastikan prosedur keamanan diterapkan dalam aktivitas yang berkaitan dengan cash dan valuable goods.
  • Memberikan rekomendasi tindakan preventif untuk mengurangi risiko keamanan operasional.
  • Melakukan monitoring terhadap kepatuhan karyawan terhadap peraturan dan prosedur keamanan.
  • Membantu pelaksanaan security assessment, audit, dan risk assessment.
  • Menjaga kerahasiaan informasi terkait keamanan, sistem pengamanan, aset, rute, dan operasional perusahaan.
  • Menangani kondisi emergency/security incident sesuai prosedur yang berlaku.
  • Melakukan tugas lain terkait keamanan yang diberikan oleh ISU Supervisor/Manager.
