## Profil

  • Ausbildung IT Systemadministrator, Fachinformatiker, Informatiker, IT Systemelektroniker oder ähnliches
  • Mindestens zwei bis drei Jahre Berufserfahrung
  • Sehr sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Server Umgebungen und Telefonanlagen
  • Erfahrung mit verschiedenen Netzwerktopologien (VLAN, LAN, WLAN)
  • Kenntnisse mit USV, Storage und Backupmanagement

## Aufgaben

  • Planung und Betreuung von Client/Server-Umgebungen bei unseren Kunden
  • Installation, Konfiguration und Betreuung von Netzwerkkomponenten
  • Auswahl, Installation, Einführung und Schulung neuer Hardware, Tools und Software bei unseren Kunden
  • 2nd- und 3rd-Level-Support im Bereich Server
  • Aufnahme, Analyse, Behebung und Dokumentation von Störungen und Anforderungen beim Kunden in unserem Ticketsystem, sowie die Pflege der Kundendokumentationen
