  • Die Klinik Wersbach, Fachklinik für Psychosomatik, Psychiatrie und Psychotherapie, sucht zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine/n engagierten IT-Administrator (m/w/d) der/ die unsere IT-Infrastruktur zuverlässig betreut und weiterentwickelt.
  • Vollzeit/ Teilzeit
  • Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung unserer IT-Infrastruktur: Netzwerk, Server, Clients und Drucker
  • Administration des Active Directory: Benutzer, Rollen und Gruppenrichtlinien (GPO)
  • Betreuung der Windows-Server-Landschaft (2012-2025) inklusive DNS, DHCP und Virtualisierung mit VMware und Hyper-V
  • Software- und Update-Management über Gruppenrichtlinien und MECM
  • IT-Sicherheit: Sophos-Firewall, VPN-Zugänge und ESET-Virenschutz
  • Datensicherung mit Veeam, Betreuung der Storage-Systeme (QNAP, Synology) und der Datenbanken (Oracle, PostgreSQL, Microsoft SQL Server)
  • Support für Mitarbeitende sowie Ärztinnen und Ärzte im Klinikalltag und Mitarbeit an Digitalisierungsprojekten
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung, z.B. als Fachinformatiker/in für Systemintegration, ein Informatikstudium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Administration Windows-basierter Infrastrukturen
  • Fundierte Kentnisse in Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, Windows Server und Exchange
  • Erfahrung mit Virtualisierung (VMware, Hyper-V), Backup (Veeam) und Storage-Systemen
  • Gutes Verständnis von Netzwerken, Firewalls (idealerweise Sophos) und Hardware
  • Von Vorteil: Erfahrung mit MECM sowie Grundkenntnisse in Oracle, PostgreSQL oder MS SQL Server
  • Selbstständige, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise, Teamgeist und Kommunikationsstärke
