  • Einen befristeten Arbeitsplatz als IT-Administrator (m/w/d) für Liebherr in Bad Schussenried
  • Geplanter Einsatz bis 12.2027, eine Verlängerung ist nicht ausgeschlossen
  • Der Stundenlohn beträgt 23,52€ mit Staffelung auf maximal 30,75€, erfahrene Mitarbeiter starten bei 25,59€
  • Arbeitszeit in Tagschicht (Gleitzeit 06:00h-17:00h)
  • Mitarbeiterkantine und Getränkeautomaten sowie ausreichende Parkplätze vor dem Firmengelände
  • Gute Anbindung an das Verkehrsnetz der Region

Ihre Aufgaben als IT-Administrator für Liebherr (m/w/d):

  • Sicherstellung des stabilen Betriebs von IT-Systemen, Workplace-Services und Collaboration-Plattformen
  • Administration und Betreuung von Microsoft 365, Atlassian sowie weiteren Collaboration-Tools
  • Betreuung von Clients, IT-Infrastruktur und Anwendersystemen
  • Bearbeitung von Incidents und Service Requests im 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support sowie Fehleranalyse und Störungsbehebung
  • Durchführung von On-/Offboarding-Prozessen inklusive Berechtigungsmanagement
  • Unterstützung bei Automatisierungen und Workflows (z. B. Power Plattform, Nintex)
  • Mitarbeit bei Updates, Changes und Systemanpassungen sowie Pflege der IT-Dokumentation
  • Sicherstellung von IT-Sicherheit, Governance-Vorgaben und kontinuierlicher Verbesserung der IT-Services

Ihr Profil als IT- Administrator (m/w/d):

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung im IT-Betrieb und 1st-/2nd-Level-Support, idealerweise mit ITIL-Kenntnissen
  • Kenntnisse in Microsoft 365, Atlassian, Collaboration-Tools sowie IT-Infrastruktur (Clients, Server, Virtualisierung)
  • Erfahrung mit Ticketsystemen und Automatisierungslösungen von Vorteil
  • Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise mit hoher Serviceorientierung
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse
