## Wir suchen ab sofort einen Mitarbeiter im Bereich IT-Administration / 1st & 2nd-Level-Support (m/w/d)

Ihre Hauptaufgaben:

  • Sie sind der direkte Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden und unterstützen sie kompetent im 1st und 2nd-Level-Support
  • IT-Anfragen und Störungsmeldungen nehmen Sie entgegen, analysieren diese und sorgen für eine schnelle und lösungsorientierte Bearbeitung
  • Von der Umsetzung von Server- und Clientprojekten über die Betreuung von Microsoft-Umgebungen, Security- und Virtualisierungslösungen bis hin zur Planung und Umsetzung von Cloud-Lösungen sowie Microsoft 365 wirken Sie bei vielfältigen Aufgaben mit

## Ihr Profil

  • Idealerweise haben Sie eine Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker(m/w/d) – Systemintegration erfolgreich abgeschlossen und weisen bereits einige Jahre Berufserfahrung vor
  • Ihr fachliches Know-How basiert auf aktuellen Microsoft-(Server)Betriebssystemen, Virtualisierungsumgebungen, Server-, Storage- und Backupkonzepten sowie Kommunikations- und Securitylösungen -on-premise und/oder cloudbasierend
