### AUFGABEN:

  • Administration von Microsoft‑Windows‑ und Linux‑Servern (physikalisch und virtuell)
  • Administration Hyper-V und RDS Cluster
  • Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Microsoft‑/Office‑365‑Umgebung (standortübergreifend)
  • Verwaltung unserer Cloud‑Telefonanlage (RingCentral)
  • First‑ und Second‑Level‑Support sowie Schulung der Mitarbeitenden bei IT‑Fragestellungen
  • Unterstützung bei der Verwaltung und Wartung von Mobilfunkgeräten
  • Pflege und Weiterentwicklung des internen IT‑Managementsystems
  • Installation, Betrieb und Wartung der bestehenden Netzwerk‑ und Serverlandschaft

  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Microsoft‑Windows‑Server‑ und Desktop‑Betriebssystemen
  • Erfahrung im Microsoft‑365‑Umfeld, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Security
  • Idealerweise sind die Begriffe ERP und PDM dir nicht fremd
  • Gute Deutsch‑ und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
