Ihre Aufgaben:
1st- und 2nd-Level-Support für Mitarbeiter inklusive Fehleranalyse, Ticketbearbeitung und Softwareunterstützung
Einrichtung und Verwaltung von Benutzerkonten und Zugriffsrechten
Installation und Betreuung von Arbeitsplätzen und Endgeräten
Administration und Weiterentwicklung der IT-Infrastruktur, IT-Sicherheit und Datenschutz, inklusive Überwachung von Sicherheitsmaßnahmen
Betreuung und technische Unterstützung des ERP-Systems, inklusive Schnittstellen und Zusammenarbeit mit Dienstleistern
Prozessoptimierungen und Dokumentationen

Ihr Profil:
Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung oder Studium im IT-Bereich oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
Erfahrung im 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support, idealerweise im Mittelstand
Kenntnisse in der Administration von Windows- und/oder Linux-Systemen
Erfahrung mit Netzwerken, VPN, Firewalls und IT-Sicherheit
Selbstständige Arbeitsweise, Serviceorientierung und Teamfähigkeit
