  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support für Mitarbeiter inklusive Fehleranalyse, Ticketbearbeitung und Softwareunterstützung
  • Einrichtung und Verwaltung von Benutzerkonten und Zugriffsrechten
  • Installation und Betreuung von Arbeitsplätzen und Endgeräten
  • Administration und Weiterentwicklung der IT-Infrastruktur, IT-Sicherheit und Datenschutz, inklusive Überwachung von Sicherheitsmaßnahmen
  • Betreuung und technische Unterstützung des ERP-Systems, inklusive Schnittstellen
  • Ihr Profil:
  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung oder Studium im IT-Bereich oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung im 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support
  • Kenntnisse in der Administration von Windows- und/oder Linux-Systemen
  • Erfahrung mit Netzwerken, VPN, Firewalls und IT-Sicherheit
  • Selbstständige Arbeitsweise, Serviceorientierung und Teamfähigkeit
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
