Ihre Aufgaben

  • Verwaltung und Optimierung der IT-Infrastruktur (Server, Clients, IT-Netze) Verantwortung für IT-relevante Prozesse
  • Erster Ansprechpartner für die Anwender (1st/2nd Level Support)
  • Bereitstellung, Installation und Wartung diverser Soft- und Hardware
  • Kontinuierliche Verbesserung und Weiterentwicklung der IT-Prozesse
  • Steuerung des Datenschutzes und -sicherheit

Ihr Profil

  • Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker - Systemintegration oder abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Informatik
  • Erste Berufserfahrung als IT-Administrator (Services, Clients, Server, Betriebssystemen) in der MS Windows Umgebung
  • Wissen im Bereich Terminal Server (Windows), CITRIX und Netzwerken
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Hohe Kunden- und Serviceorientierung
  • Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Selbstständigkeit
  • Ausgeprägte, analytische Problemlösungskompetenz
