IM INNEN- UND AUßENDIENST • BEREICH KASSENSYSTEME

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Festlegung der Kundenanforderungen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vertrieb
  • Vorbereitung und Programmierung der Kassenhard- und software
  • Installation und Schulung bei unseren Kunden vor Ort
  • Betreuung unserer Kunden sowohl telefonisch, als auch per Fernwartung

Deine Qualifikationen:(gerne auch Quereinsteiger)

  • Eine Ausbildung zum IT-Systemelektroniker, Fachinformatiker Systemintegration oder vergleichbar
  • Berufserfahrung in einem ähnlichen Tätigkeitsfeld
  • Solide PC- und Netzwerkkenntnisse
  • Kommunikationsfreudig sowohl beim Kunden vor Ort, als auch am Telefon
  • Eigenengagement und selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Pflichtbewusster und zuverlässiger Umgang mit unseren Kunden
  • Ein hohes Maß an Flexibilität, Belastbarkeit und prozessorientiertem Denken
