Wir suchen für den Einsatz bei unseren Kunden – teils vor Ort, teils remote – einen IT-Administrator (m/w/d) – Schwerpunkt IT-Security.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Administration, Überwachung und Weiterentwicklung der IT-Infrastruktur
  • Sicherstellung der IT-Sicherheit (Netzwerke, Systeme und Anwendungen)
  • Analyse, Bewertung und Behebung von Sicherheitsrisiken und Schwachstellen
  • Implementierung und Pflege von Security-Lösungen (Firewalls, Antivirus, SIEM, EDR etc.)
  • Monitoring und Incident-Response bei Sicherheitsvorfällen Durchführung von regelmäßigen Sicherheitsprüfungen, Audits und Penetrationstests
  • Benutzer- und Berechtigungsmanagement (Active Directory, Azure AD)
  • Dokumentation der IT-Landschaft und Sicherheitsprozesse
  • Schulung und Sensibilisierung der Mitarbeitenden im Bereich IT-Security

Ihr Profil – Das bringen Sie mit

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich IT (z. B. Fachinformatik Systemintegration, Informatik)
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Systemadministration mit Fokus IT-Security
  • Gute Kenntnisse in: Netzwerk- und IT-Sicherheitskonzepten Firewalls, VPN, IDS/IPS Windows-Server-Umgebungen und/oder Linux-Systemen Cloud-Umgebungen (z. B. Microsoft Azure, M365)
  • Erfahrung mit Security-Tools und Monitoring-Systemen von Vorteil
  • Analytisches Denken sowie strukturierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1) in Wort und Schrift
