IHRE AUFGABEN

  • Durchführung individueller Microsoft 365 Schulungen basierend auf den Arbeitsweisen der Fachabteilungen
  • Kommunikation von Neuerungen und Best Practices zu Microsoft 365 über interne Kanäle
  • Erstellung digitaler Lerninhalte wie Video-Tutorials und strukturierter Dokumentationen
  • Planung und Umsetzung von Awareness- und IT-Sicherheitsschulungen
  • Förderung einer digitalen Lernkultur und Identifikation von Weiterbildungsbedarfen

IHR E VORAUSSETZUNGEN

  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook, Excel etc.)
  • Erfahrung in der Erstellung von Schulungsinhalten (Video, Dokumentation)
  • Grundkenntnisse in IT-Security und Awareness-Training-Tools
  • Projektmanagement-Skills für die Einführung neuer Tools
