Senior Devops & Platform Engineer (m/w/d)

In dieser Position übernimmst du eine zentrale Rolle im Betrieb und der Weiterentwicklung unserer Plattform- und Cloud-Umgebungen. Du sorgst für Stabilität, Sicherheit und Performance, setzt hohe technische Standards, treibst Automatisierung sowie Observability voran und entwickelst unsere Plattform nachhaltig in Richtung einer modernen, skalierbaren Infrastruktur. Gemeinsam im Team prägst du die Plattformstrategie und setzt sie in die Praxis um.

  • Betrieb, Administration und Weiterentwicklung unserer Hosting- und Cloud-Umgebungen (inkl. Linux-Produktivsysteme)
  • Sicherstellung von Verfügbarkeit, Stabilität, Sicherheit, Performance und Skalierbarkeit der Plattform
  • Aufbau, Betrieb und Optimierung von CI/CD-Pipelines sowie Umsetzung von Infrastructure-as-Code-Ansätzen
  • Verantwortung für Monitoring, Logging, Alerting und Weiterentwicklung unserer Observability-Landschaft
  • Analyse und Behebung von Incidents sowie Unterstützung bei Root-Cause-Analysen und nachhaltiger Qualitätsverbesserung
  • Aktive Mitgestaltung einer modernen, skalierbaren Plattformarchitektur inkl. Standardisierung und schrittweiser Modernisierung (z. B. Containerisierung)
  • Mitwirkung an Backup-/Notfallkonzepten, Security- & Compliance-Standards sowie enge Zusammenarbeit mit Dev-Teams und Mitarbeit in Architektur- und Entscheidungsprozessen

DAS BRINGST DU MIT

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Platform-, DevOps- oder Operations-Engineering
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Betrieb von Linux-Systemen
  • Erfahrung mit Hosting- und Cloud-Umgebungen (z. B. Hetzner, AWS oder Azure)
  • Erfahrung mit CI/CD, Automatisierung und Infrastructure as Code
  • Kenntnisse in Monitoring-, Logging- und Observability-Lösungen
  • Erfahrung im Betrieb geschäftskritischer Systeme
  • Strukturierte, zuverlässige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Freude an Teamarbeit und technischer Verantwortung
