## Deine Aufgaben

  • Administration und Wartung der IT-Infrastruktur (Server, Netzwerke, Arbeitsplätze).
  • Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung unserer IT-Systeme und Applikationen.
  • Sicherstellung von IT-Sicherheit und Datenschutzrichtlinien.
  • Installation und Konfiguration von Hard- und Software.
  • Fehleranalyse und Behebung von IT-Problemen im First- und Second-Level-Support.
  • Verwaltung von Benutzerkonten und Zugriffsrechten (Active Directory, Exchange, etc.).
  • Dokumentation und Optimierung von Prozessen, sowie Durchführung regelmäßiger Backups und Updates.

## Das bringst du mit

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich (z. B. Fachinformatiker/in für Systemintegration) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Erfahrung in der Administration von Windows- und/oder Linux-Servern.
  • Umfangreiche Expertise mit Proxmox
  • Kenntnisse in Netzwerktechnologien (TCP/IP, VLAN, VPN) und IT-Sicherheitskonzepten.
  • Erfahrung mit Virtualisierungstechnologien (z. B. VMware, Hyper-V)
  • Problemlösungskompetenz und eigenständige Arbeitsweise.
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
