### Deine Aufgaben

  • IT-Infrastruktur: Du übernimmst die Administration, Wartung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung unserer internen Netzwerke, Server (Linux/Windows) und Client-Systeme.
  • Support: Du übernimmst den First- und Second-Level-Support für unsere „grittis“ und hilfst bei allen Fragen rund um Hard- und Software.
  • Sicherheit & Netzwerke: Du betreust unsere Firewall- und VPN-Infrastruktur und sorgst dafür, dass unsere IT-Security-Standards stets auf dem neuesten Stand sind.
  • Onboarding: Du richtest moderne Arbeitsplätze für neue Kolleginnen und Kollegen ein und verwaltest die entsprechenden Zugriffsrechte und Accounts.

### Dein Profil

  • erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich (z. B. Fachinformatiker/in für Systemintegration) oder mehr als 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung
  • fundierte Berufserfahrung in der Administration von Client- und Serversystemen (Windows und Linux)
  • gute Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Netzwerktechnik, VPN und IT-Sicherheit
  • Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Proxmox & Kubernetes von Vorteil
  • ausgeprägte „Hands-on“-Mentalität, Teamgeist und Freude daran, anderen bei technischen Problemen zu helfen
  • Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Spaß an der Arbeit, Eigenmotivation und Loyalität
  • zielorientiertes und selbstständiges Handeln, Teamfähigkeit und Flexibilität
  • Berufseinsteiger sind willkommen!
