Für unseren Kunden besetzen wir auf Basis der Arbeitnehmerüberlassung eine Position als

IT-Analyst (Agile) – CRM und Workflow-System (m/w/d)

  • Start: Mitte Feb / Anfang März
  • Dauer: 18 Monate
  • Auslastung: 40 Stunden / Woche
  • Einsatzort: Köln, Hybrid
  • Vertragsart: Arbeitnehmerüberlassung (ANÜ)

Aufgaben

Mitarbeit in einem agilen Scrum-Team zur Weiterentwicklung eines CRM- und Workflow-Systems

Analyse fachlicher Anforderungen und Übersetzung in tragfähige technische Konzepte

Technischer Sparringspartner für Product Owner und Fachbereiche

Aktive Unterstützung und Enablement des Scrum-Teams (kein Methodenhüter)

Sicherstellung von Softwarequalität unter Berücksichtigung von Architektur-, Security- und Non-Functional-Requirements

Qualifikationen

Mehrjährige Erfahrung als IT-Analyst / technischer Business Analyst in Softwareprojekten

Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Java, REST/SOAP sowie Oracle und PL/SQL

Erfahrung mit komplexen Systemlandschaften, Schnittstellen und Architektur-Patterns

Praktische Erfahrung mit agilen Methoden (Scrum, Kanban), idealerweise auch in der Rolle des Scrum Masters

Fähigkeit, Analyse- und agile Rolle flexibel nach Bedarf des Teams zu gewichten

Hinweis:

Dies ist keine klassische Scrum-Master-Position , sondern eine hybride Rolle mit klarem Schwerpunkt auf IT-Analyse und technischer Lösungsfindung.
