As an IT and Business Process Integration Analyst, you will play a key role in the integration of newly acquired subsidiaries and their alignment with corporate IT processes, systems, and standards. At the intersection of technology and business, you will analyze technology environments, business processes, and IT contracts to support smooth, sustainable integrations aligned with the target corporate operating model.

What You’ll Accomplish With Us

As an IT and Business Process Integration Analyst , you will be at the heart of our mission. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Analyze subsidiary technology environments to identify gaps relative to corporate IT standards;
  • Document architectures and technical workflows, and assess the impacts of migrations to organizational systems;
  • Map existing IT processes and develop transition plans toward the target corporate operating model;
  • Gather and structure business requirements, and produce the necessary functional documentation;
  • Analyze IT contracts, identify consolidation opportunities, and support technology purchasing decisions;
  • Collaborate with IT teams, project managers, and business partners to ensure successful integrations;
  • Contribute to risk identification, project governance, and the monitoring of integration activities;
  • Support change management initiatives and promote the sustainable adoption of corporate processes and solutions.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is recognized for their ability to analyze and simplify complex technological and organizational challenges;
  • Excels at connecting business needs with technology solutions;
  • Demonstrates a strong ability to map, optimize, and standardize processes;
  • Is known for their analytical mindset and ability to provide informed recommendations;
  • Possesses a solid understanding of application environments, data, and IT infrastructure;
  • Is comfortable collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders;
  • Demonstrates strong influencing and communication skills in transformation and change management contexts;
  • Has 5 to 10 years of experience in IT analysis, business analysis, or a similar role;
  • Has an advanced level of both French and English, as the incumbent will collaborate daily, both verbally and in writing, with unilingual English-speaking partners, teams, and stakeholders across Canada and internationally;
