  • erleichtert. Aufgaben Entgegennahme und Bearbeitung von
  • Anwenderanfragen und Störungsmeldungen über Telefon, E-Mail oder
  • Ticketsystem Analyse und nachhaltige Behebung technischer Probleme
  • sowie Unterstützung bei IT-spezifischen Fragestellungen Pflege und
  • Erstellung von Dokumentationen zu Prozessen, Lösungen und
  • Systemänderungen Einrichtung, Verwaltung und Pflege von
  • Benutzerkonten sowie Zuweisung entsprechender Zugriffsrechte
  • Technischer Support direkt vor Ort beim Anwender Planung und
  • Durchführung von Systemupdates, Wartungsarbeiten und
  • Optimierungsmaßnahmen Profil Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als
  • Fachinformatiker oder eine vergleichbare IT-Qualifikation Ausgeprägte
  • Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit Fundierte Kenntnisse in der
  • Microsoft-Systemlandschaft Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • in Wort und Schrift Perspektiven Attraktives Jahresgehalt
