Anforderungen

  • Eine Ausbildung in Systeminformatik, eine vergleichbare Ausbildung oder eine mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im geforderten Bereich
  • Ausgeprägte Kenntnisse und Erfahrung in der Betreuung von M365-Workplace-Produkten
  • Umfangreiche Kenntnisse in der Administration der M365-Produktivitäts-Apps, sowie der M365 Collaborations- & Kommunikations-Komponenten
  • Kenntnisse über die Microsoft-Lizenzmodalitäten
  • Ausgeprägte Kunden-, Service- und Teamorientierung
  • Eigenverantwortliche, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (C1)

Die Vergütung erfolgt nach Entgeltgruppe 9a BG-AT. Das monatliche Tabellenentgelt beträgt derzeit je nach Stufenzuordnung 3.695,66 € bis 5.093,02 € brutto.

Aufgaben

  • Verantwortung für die ganzheitliche Betreuung von Applikationen, mit dem Schwerpunkt der M365-Workplace-Produkte
  • Sicherstellung des reibungslosen Betriebs und der Wartung im Rahmen des Application Lifecycle Managements
  • Unterstützung bei der Einführung neuer Applikationen und Technologien
  • Fehleranalyse und -behebung sowie proaktive Problemprävention
  • Unterstützung des Lizenzmanagements
  • Zusammenarbeit mit anderen IT-Teams und Fachbereichen zur Abstimmung von Anforderungen und Prozessen
