  • Bewertung und Umsetzung von Anforderungen aus den Fachbereichen
  • Bewertung fachlicher und technischer Anforderungen sowie
  • Unterstützung bei deren Überführung in technische Spezifikationen
  • Zuständig für den 2nd-Level-Support, enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem
  • 1st-Level-Support und Schnittstelle zum 3rd-Level-Support bzw.
  • Herstellersupport Beratung und Unterstützung der Fachbereiche in den
  • zuständigen Applikationen Planung und Durchführung von
  • Wartungsarbeiten Konfiguration, Support und Monitoring von technischen
  • Workflows und Schnittstellen Durchführung von Funktions- und
  • Integrationstests Planung und Durchführung von spezifischen
  • Key-User-und Anwenderschulungen Erstellung von Dokumentationen
  • Stärken einbringen: Ihre Qualifikationen Abgeschlossenes Studium in
  • der Fachrichtung Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik oder ähnliche
  • Qualifikation ERP Kenntnisse, vorzugsweise in Infor LN Gute
  • Datenbankkenntnisse, vorzugsweise Microsoft SQL Server Administrative
  • Erfahrung mit Microsoft Windows Betriebssystemen Sichere Handhabung
  • und gute Kenntnisse von Microsoft Office-Produkten Konzeptionelles
  • Denken und ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten Strukturierte,
  • sorgfältige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise Team- und
  • Kommunikationsfähigkeit Verantwortungsbewusstsein Gute Deutsch- und
