  • Du arbeitest eng mit unseren Fachabteilungen, internen Entwicklern und externen Dienstleistern zusammen, um bestehende Prozesse zu optimieren, neue Anwendungen entwickeln und integrieren zu lassen.
  • Du koordinierst die Umsetzung neuer Aufgabenstellungen, setzt qualitätssichernde Maßnahmen um und gewährleistest eine reibungslose Einbindung in die bestehenden Geschäftsprozesse und Systemlandschaft.
  • Du erstellst Dokumentationen für unsere Fachabteilungen und führst Anwenderschulungen durch.
  • Du betreust gemeinsam mit Kolleg:innen und Dienstleistern den Betrieb bestehender Anwendungen.
  • Du unterstützt als 2nd-Level-Support bei Serviceanfragen zu Deinen Applikationen.
  • über mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Anwenderbetreuung, Systemanalyse sowie im Applikations-, IT-Projekt- oder IT-Prozessmanagement verfügst – oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation, z. B. als IT-Kaufmann (m/w/d) mitbringst,
  • selbständig, strukturiert und lösungsorientiert arbeitest,
  • gerne Verantwortung übernimmst und Entscheidungen vorantreibst,
  • eine ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke besitzt und sicher mit Fachbereichen, IT-Kollegen und externen Partnern zusammenarbeitest,
  • Interesse an neuen Technologien und deren praktischer Anwendung hast,
  • analytisch und konzeptionell denkst,
  • ein Teamplayer bist und auch in anspruchsvollen Situationen einen kühlen Kopf bewahrst,
  • sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C1) mitbringst.
