IT Applications Associate Consultant, Corporate Legal Technology Solutions

Harbor is seeking a skilled and customer-focused Associate Consultant with experience in implementing technology solutions to join our team. This role involves hands-on software implementation, client onboarding, issue resolution, and collaboration with internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions. You’ll play a key role in bridging technical capabilities with business needs while continuously improving our support and implementation processes.

Work Location & Hours: This is a remote/hybrid position in India. For the first 3-6 months, employees will align with USA business hours (9am - 5pm EST). Following these first several months, Harbor will adjust the schedule to better fit India hours based on long-term Harbor and client needs. The long-term schedule will be finalized after the first 9 months of employment.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement, configure, and support software solutions based on customer requirements.

Engage with clients to understand their business processes and recommend suitable configurations.

Troubleshoot and resolve application issues efficiently, coordinating with technical teams as needed.

Be open to learning new technologies, such as Salesforce, Litify, Agiloft, Ironclad, Onit, and TeamConnect to support Harbor implementation projects.

Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment.

Serve as a liaison between product, engineering, and customers to advocate for user needs and product improvements.

Contribute to the creation of documentation, training materials, and internal knowledge bases.

Manage multiple priorities and maintain clear communication throughout implementation or support lifecycles.

Identify areas for process optimization and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Experience, Education and Qualifications:

Degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Science, Economics, Statistics, Accounting or Data & Analytics.

Understanding of the implementation process including requirement analysis, design, configuration/development, migration, testing, and change management.

Strong observational, analytical and numerical reasoning skills.

Effective communication and storytelling skills (written and spoken).

Excels in a cooperative team environment.

Positive, enthusiastic attitude and entrepreneurial spirit with an eagerness to quickly learn and develop new skills.

Competent in the following areas: problem solving, customer-focus, communication, collaboration and punctuality.

Advanced computer skills (primarily Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio); familiarity with use of Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint as collaboration tools.

Proficiency in the following technical areas: Java, Python, XML, JQUERY/JSON, REST APIs is an advantage.

Proficiency in SQL is an advantage.
