- The Opportunity:
- Join our IT Asset Management (ITAM) team and play a key role in keeping our technology environment running smoothly, securely, and efficiently. As an ITAM Analyst, you’ll help ensure that the hardware and software powering our business is accurately tracked, responsibly managed, and fully aligned with enterprise standards. You’ll work closely with teams across the organization, gain exposure to core IT functions, and continuously improve the processes that support business continuity and operational excellence. This is a great role for someone who enjoys problem‑solving, collaboration, and making a meaningful impact on IT operations.
Responsibilities:
- Process IT asset requests according to established workflows and service-level expectations.
- Perform computer imaging and prepare end‑user devices for deployment.
- Review and reconcile physical and digital inventory to identify and correct discrepancies.
- Partner with Cybersecurity, Purchasing, Field Services, and other teams to support asset governance and lifecycle management.
- Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date CMDB and discovery data.
- Support audits, lifecycle refresh cycles, stockroom organization, and compliance initiatives.
- Recommend and implement improvements to ITAM processes, documentation, and operational standards.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Experience in IT Asset Management, IT operations, or technical support.
- Understanding of hardware and software lifecycle processes.
- Ability to analyze data, identify inconsistencies, and solve operational problems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
- Familiarity with CMDB concepts and inventory management practices.
Desired:
- Strong analytical and data‑quality evaluation skills.
- Experience with ServiceNow, particularly HAM, SAM, or ITAM modules.
- Understanding of ITIL v4 practices.
- Advanced documentation, reporting, or dashboard‑building abilities.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$47,900 - $95,600
