IT asset management & logistics analyst

What success looks like in this role:

• •Manage ServiceNow stock tickets, CMDB updates, and ITAM activities.
• •Forecast and govern asset inventory across internal and vendor locations.
• •Maintain stockrooms, transfers, inventory accuracy, and asset tracking.
• •Coordinate laptop shipments and logistics.
• •Support asset recovery, offboarding, disposal, and audits.
• •Provide reporting, vendor coordination, and stakeholder support.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

• •ServiceNow (preferred, other ticket tool knowledge as bare minimum accepted) proficiency with strong understanding of asset lifecycle and ITAM processes
• •Expert knowledge of CMDB/AMDB , including data integrations and record management.
• •5-7 years of IT experience , including 1-2 years in Asset Management at least
• •Strong stakeholder communication skills across clients, vendors, and technical teams.
• •Advanced Excel skills for analysis, reporting and data validation.
• •High attention to detail with strong organizational skills
• •Business fluent English language skills (written and spoken)
