## Stellenbeschreibung:

Für ein groß angelegtes IT-Rollout-Projekt bei Behörden und Polizeidienststellen suchen wir einen IT-Außendienst Techniker (m/w/d). In dieser Funktion übernehmen Sie den Austausch und die Inbetriebnahme von IT-Arbeitsplätzen vor Ort, unterstützen die Anwender während der Umstellung und sorgen für eine reibungslose Umsetzung der Rollout-Maßnahmen. Idealerweise bringen Sie erste Erfahrung im technischen Außendienst oder IT-Support mit und arbeiten serviceorientiert sowie zuverlässig.

## Ihre Aufgaben

  • Durchführung von IT-Rollouts in Behörden, Verwaltungsstellen und Polizeidienststellen
  • Austausch, Installation und Inbetriebnahme von PCs, Notebooks, Monitoren, Dockingstations und Peripheriegeräten
  • Migration von Arbeitsplätzen sowie Unterstützung bei Hardware-Refresh-Projekten
  • Einrichtung und Konfiguration von Windows-Arbeitsplätzen nach vorgegebenen Standards
  • Durchführung von Funktionsprüfungen und Sicherstellung der Betriebsbereitschaft
  • Unterstützung der Anwender bei der Ersteinrichtung und Einweisung in die neue Hardware
  • Dokumentation der durchgeführten Tätigkeiten im Ticketsystem
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Projektleitung, Service Desk und den Ansprechpartnern vor Ort

## Ihr Profil

  • Erste Erfahrung im IT-Support, Field Service oder Rollout-Umfeld
  • Kenntnisse in der Installation und Konfiguration von PCs, Notebooks und Peripheriegeräten
  • Erfahrung mit Windows-Betriebssystemen und Standardsoftware
  • Strukturierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
  • Freundliches und professionelles Auftreten gegenüber Anwendern
  • Führerschein Klasse B und Bereitschaft zu regionalen Einsätzen
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Erfahrung im Behörden- oder öffentlichen Umfeld ist von Vorteil
