Ihre Aufgaben

  • Führung & Organisation: Leitung eines IT-Teams mit Fokus auf den Applikations- und Systembetrieb
  • Cloud-Management: Betreuung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der Microsoft 365- und Azure-Plattformen
  • Betriebssicherheit: Sicherstellung einer hohen System- und Anwendungsperformance inkl. 2nd-Level-Support
  • Modernisierung: Planung und Durchführung von Systemaktualisierungen, Migrationen und Optimierungsmaßnahmen
  • Compliance & Sicherheit: Umsetzung und Kontrolle von IT-Standards, Datenschutz- und Sicherheitsrichtlinien
  • Innovation: Identifizierung und Integration neuer Technologien zur Prozessoptimierung

Ihr Profil

  • Qualifikation: Studium oder Ausbildung im IT-Bereich oder vergleichbare Erfahrung
  • Fachkenntnisse: Fundierte Expertise in Cloud-Umgebungen (Azure, Microsoft 365), IT-Sicherheit und Berechtigungsmanagement
  • Erfahrung: Erfahrung in IT-Projektmanagementmethoden, idealerweise mit entsprechenden Zertifikaten
  • Persönlichkeit: Lösungsorientierte Denkweise, Teamfähigkeit und hohe Serviceorientierung
  • Sprachen: Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Flexibilität: Bereitschaft zur gelegentlichen Rufbereitschaft
