# IT Change Management Lead (m/w/d)

Für ein Unternehmen im regulierten Umfeld suchen wir Verstärkung im IT Change Management.

## Ihre Aufgaben

  • Change-Prozesse weiterentwickeln und ins IT-Betriebsmodell integrieren
  • Schnittstellen zu Projekt-, Transformations-, Release- und Service-Management, Einkauf, Architektur, Informationssicherheit und Operational Resilience optimieren
  • IT-Änderungen koordinieren, bewerten, freigeben und überwachen; Change Advisory Boards organisieren und moderieren
  • Governance-Standards und Kontrollen etablieren; DORA-Anforderungen einhalten
  • Workflows mit Jira und Confluence automatisieren; Kennzahlen, Dashboards und Berichte entwickeln
  • Workshops moderieren, Prozesse dokumentieren und Audits begleiten

## Ihr Profil

  • Fundierte Erfahrung in IT Change Management, Service Management oder Governance, idealerweise im regulierten Umfeld
  • Nachweisbare Erfahrung mit Prozessoptimierung und Transformation
  • Kenntnisse in ITIL, BPM, IT-Governance und DORA
  • Praxis mit Change-Freigaben, CAB sowie Jira und Confluence
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Überzeugungskraft auch ohne disziplinarische Weisungsbefugnis
  • Analytische, eigenverantwortliche und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Deutsch und Englisch jeweils mindestens C1
