AUFGABEN:

  • Client-Bereitstellung: Du übernimmst die Installation, Konfiguration und Bereitstellung von Clients mithilfe von Matrix und/oder Microsoft Endpoint Manager.
  • Erste Hilfe in der IT: Im 1st-Level-Support bist du der direkte Ansprechpartner für die Bearbeitung und lösungsorientierte Klärung von IT-Anfragen.
  • Störungsbehebung: Du analysierst und behebst kompetent auftretende Störungen im Client- und Arbeitsplatzumfeld.
  • Asset Management: Die gewissenhafte Pflege, Aktualisierung und Dokumentation der IT-Assets liegt in deiner Hand.
  • Prozessoptimierung: Du dokumentierst Supportfälle lückenlos und wirkst aktiv an der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung bestehender IT-Prozesse mit.

DEIN PROFIL:

  • Qualifikation: Du verfügst über eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker (m/w/d) oder bringst eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit.
  • Fachkenntnisse: Du hast praktische Erfahrung in der Softwareverteilung sowie Client-Bereitstellung und besitzt gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Windows 11.
  • Arbeitsweise & Persönlichkeit: Eine anwenderorientierte, strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise zeichnet dich aus. Du überzeugst durch ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Serviceorientierung, Verantwortungsbewusstsein sowie Freude an der Teamarbeit.
  • Sprachen: Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden dein Profil ab.
  • Wünschenswerte Extras: Idealerweise hast du bereits Erfahrung mit Microsoft Intune und/oder Matrix, Know-how im Bereich Windows-Migrationen und standardisierten Client-Rollouts sowie Erfahrung in der Verwaltung und Dokumentation von IT-Assets.
