## Deine Aufgaben

  • Beratung des Vertriebs im Pre-Sales durch fachliche Unterstützung bei Kundenanfragen zu Reporting und BI-Lösungen
  • Konzeptionierung und Durchführung von Workshops mit Kunden – vor Ort oder remote
  • Gestaltung, Umsetzung und Optimierung von Power BI-Reports – sowohl auf Datenmodellebene als auch im Frontend
  • Erstellung präziser und relevanter Analysen und Berichte mit Power BI sowie Betreuung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung bestehender Dashboards
  • Analyse und Visualisierung von Geschäftsprozessen, IT-Systemen und Datenstrukturen zur Optimierung von Reporting-Lösungen
  • Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen inklusive Ursachenanalyse zur Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Reportings

## Dein Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit BI-Frontend-Tools, idealerweise Power BI
  • Interesse und Lernbereitschaft für neue Technologien wie z. B. Microsoft Fabric
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Eigeninitiative und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden
  • Motiviert, IT-affin mit einer strukturierten Arbeitsweise
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
