Deine Aufgaben

  • Umfassende Beratung der Kunden bei Planung, Umsetzung, Einführung und Anbindung von Cloud-Telefonie – mit Fokus auf die Produkte Microsoft Teams und STARFACE
  • Umfassende Beratung der Kunden im Bereich Modern Communication, vor allem in Microsoft 365
  • Durchführung von Workshops und Schulungen bei der Einführung der Kommunikationslösungen oder zur Vertiefung der vorhandenen Kenntnisse
  • Unterstützung der Kunden in allen technischen Fragen rund um die Themen Cloud-Telefonie und Modern Communication
  • Wartung der Systeme sowie Service- und Supportarbeiten (2nd & 3rd Level)
  • Administration und Optimierung der bestehenden Systeme
  • Gelegentliche, meist regionale Reisen

Dein Profil

  • Berufserfahrung mit Cloud-Telefonie und Modern Communication
  • Gute Kenntnisse der Produkte Microsoft Teams und STARFACE
  • Hohe soziale Kompetenz, Kommunikationsstärke und Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Technische Affinität sowie sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten
  • Freude am Kundenkontakt
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Eigenständiges, strukturiertes und ergebnisorientiertes Arbeiten
