  • We are looking for an IT Engineer to join our internal IT team. This role involves delivering end-user support, administering core IT infrastructure, and governing our hardware assets. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of enterprise environments, a passion for emerging technologies, and fluent English communication skills.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • 1. Scope and resolve hardware, software, Windows OS, and basic network issues to provide first-level IT support for internal staff
  • 2. Operate and ensure the high availability and stability of IT infrastructure supporting internal systems
  • 3. Manage the IT hardware lifecycle, maintain inventory records, and coordinate periodic IT asset audits
  • 4. Develop, document, and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs), technical best practices, and troubleshooting solutions
  • 5. Provide knowledge transfer and technical training to internal departments
  • 6. Demonstrate strong technical competency, performance, and professional readiness
  • 7. Be eligible to participate in overseas projects (6–12 months)
  • Required Experience
  • 1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field
  • 2. 1-3 years experience in enterprise IT infrastructure.
  • 3. Demonstrated understanding of security operations and enterprise change management processes
  • 4. Experience with cloud operations and modern infrastructure management (Windows Servers, Entra ID, M365, Virtualization, Backup, etc.)
  • 5. Preferred IT Industry certifications (Microsoft Certifications, Cisco, Amazon AWS, GCP, etc.)
  • 6. Good speaking and listening in English

  • 1. Demonstrated experience learning new technologies
  • 2. Strong collaborative skills
  • 3. Proven customer service skills supporting internal staff or external customer in an enterprise environment
