  • Anwenderbetreuung und -einweisung
  • Ausführung der Managed Service Tätigkeiten
  • Dokumentation im Ticketsystem
  • Administrative Tätigkeiten im Microsoft Server Umfeld (AD, DNS, FS, M365, Exchange)

## Diese Skills überzeugen uns

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration (w/m/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Technische Erfahrung im Onsite/Remotesupport von Endanwendern
  • Betreuung von Windows Workstations/Laptops mit Software: MS Office, kundenspezifischer Softwares und Produktionsumgebungen, Mobile Devices
  • Spezialkenntnisse im Bereich von Windows Client und Server Betriebssystemen
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich von Cloud Applikationen (Microsoft 365, etc.)
  • Detailkenntnisse im Bereich von Client Hardware (Notebooks, Workstations und PCs) und deren Peripherie
  • Know-how im Umgang mit Monitoring Systemen und weiteren MSP-Portalen
  • Führerschein Klasse B
  • Du hast Spaß an der Kommunikation mit Kunden und lebst eine kundenorientierte und souveräne Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, weitere Sprachen sind willkommen
