  • Aufgaben:
  • Sicherstellen eines stabilen und qualitativ hochwertigen Betriebs der Storage- und Backup-Infrastruktur nach ITIL-Prinzipien
  • Administrieren der Storage- und Backup-Infrastruktur gemäß definierter KPIs und SLAs
  • Unterstützen bei der Planung, Entwicklung und Umsetzung neuer Storage- und Backup-Lösungen
  • Planen und Einhalten der Kosten im Verantwortungsbereich sowie Weiterentwickeln der Infrastruktur
  • Unterstützen bei Root-Cause-Analysen und der Behebung von Störungen
  • Durchführen administrativer Tätigkeiten im Verantwortungsbereich
  • Profil:
  • Fachinformatiker, IT-Systemelektroniker mit langjähriger Berufserfahrung oder Studium der Informatik bzw. vergleichbarer Fachrichtung
  • mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in IT oder Informationssystemen
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Storage, Backup und Recovery
  • Kenntnisse in Storage-Technologien (Block, File, Object, SyncMirror), Backup-Technologien (Virtual, Disk, Tape) sowie Produkten wie NetApp, VEEAM, NetBackup, Commvault, Data Protector oder Data Domain
  • Teamfähigkeit, zuverlässige und akribische Arbeitsweise, gute Auffassungsgabe sowie hohe IT-Affinität
  • verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch
