Stellenbeschreibung

Wir suchen eine zuverlässige IT-Fachkraft oder IT-Servicekraft für 30 Prozent zur Betreuung unserer internen IT-Infrastruktur und Unterstützung unseres Entwicklerteams.

Aufgaben

  • First Level Support für das Team, überwiegend macOS
  • Fehleranalyse und -behebung in Microsoft Teams und Outlook
  • Einrichtung und Pflege von Arbeitsplätzen, Rechnern und Bildschirmen (ca. 30 Arbeitsplätze)
  • Pflege und Monitoring der Backupsysteme (Synology-Server)
  • Betreuung von Hosting-Themen und internen Systemen
  • Unterstützung bei Wartung und Monitoring von ca. 400 Websites
  • Zusammenarbeit mit externem IT-Dienstleister bei komplexen Themen
  • Betreuung der Meetingraum-Technik (Microsoft Teams Rooms), Sicherheitskameras und Unifi-Netzwerktechnik

Anforderungen

  • Kenntnisse in macOS und Windows
  • Erfahrung mit Microsoft 365 (Teams, Outlook)
  • Grundkenntnisse in Hosting und Netzwerktechnik von Vorteil
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
  • Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung wünschenswert, aber kein Muss
