  • Translate evolving Executive and Congressional requirements into updates to cost-model assumptions, calculations, and documentation.
  • Prepare clear financial analyses, workbooks, reports, presentations, and supporting documentation for Government stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with OCIO technical teams and business stakeholders to develop financial support frameworks for new IT services and enhancements to existing services.
  • Identify data-quality issues, model risks, and process improvement opportunities; recommend practical corrections and controls.
  • Track work performed and support accurate labor-hour reporting, burn-rate management, and invoice documentation.
  • Protect sensitive Government, proprietary, and Privacy Act information; comply with nondisclosure and conflict-of-interest requirements.

Requirements

Required qualifications:

  • Experience in financial analysis, IT financial management, budgeting, cost modeling, pricing, or related project support.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, data analysis, workbook design, and quality checks.
  • Ability to organize and analyze financial and operational data and communicate findings clearly to technical and nontechnical audiences.
  • Experience supporting multiple concurrent projects, managing priorities, and meeting deadlines.
  • Strong written communication, documentation, and stakeholder-coordination skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a Federal Government client environment and handle sensitive information responsibly.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with Federal IT budgeting, financial management, IT service costing, chargeback/showback, or service catalogs.
  • Familiarity with OCIO, or other Federal shared-services environments.
  • Experience adapting financial models to policy, budget, or reporting requirements.
  • Experience collaborating with program managers, program analysts, and technical teams.
