  • Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir einen freundlichen, lösungsorientierten First Level Supporter (m/w/d), der unseren Kunden bei täglichen IT Herausforderungen zur Seite steht.

  • Deine Aufgaben
  • Annahme und Bearbeitung von Supportanfragen per Telefon, E Mail oder Ticketsystem
  • Einsätze bei Kunden Vor-Ort
  • Unterstützung der Anwender bei Problemen im Microsoft Umfeld (Windows, Office 365, Drucker, Netzwerkzugang etc.)
  • Einrichtung und Installation von Arbeitsplätzen, Notebooks, Druckern und Peripherie
  • Durchführung einfacher Fehleranalysen und Weitergabe komplexerer Fälle an den Second Level
  • Dokumentation wiederkehrender Vorgänge und Pflege unserer Wissensdatenbank
  • \_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_
  • Dein Profil
  • Abgeschlossene IT nahe Ausbildung (z. B. Fachinformatiker/in Systemintegration) oder Quereinsteiger mit Praxiserfahrung
  • Freundliches Auftreten, hohe Serviceorientierung und klare Kommunikation
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Windows Client Umfeld und Microsoft 365
  • Grundverständnis von Netzwerken (DHCP, DNS, WLAN)
  • Strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Zuverlässigkeit und Teamfähigkeit
  • Führerschein Klasse B
