Telefonische Kundenbetreuer (gn) 

AUFGABEN
 
* Entgegennahme, Aufnahme, Priorisierung und Weiterleitung von Aufträgen und Störungen per Telefon, PM-Tool, Datenbank, Fax, Mail 
* Lösung gemeldeter Probleme
Dein Profil:
 
* IT-Affinität in den Bereichen Windows Betriebssysteme, Microsoft Office, Drucker, Netzwerkumgebungen und Mobilgeräte wünschenswert 
* Du bist kommunikativ, höflich und lässt dich nicht aus der Ruhe bringen 
* Erfahrung im Umgang mit MS-Office-Programmen 
* Du bringst gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, eine klare Aussprache sowie gute Englischgrundkenntnisse mit 
* Quereinsteiger sind willkommen
