Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Aufbau, Installation, Inbetriebnahme, Wartung, Systempflege und Entstörung von virtualisierten Managementsystemen zur Analyse und Überwachung von IP-Netzwerkverkehr sowie den unterliegenden Betriebssystemen (Schwerpunkt Linux)
  • Einbringung von Softwarepatches und Unterstützung der Kunden und Kollegen
  • Planung und Pflege von Patch- und Upgradevorgängen
  • Störungs-Analyse und Fehlerbehebung im Rahmen des Incident und Problem Managements
  • Reproduktion und Analyse von Fehlern an Referenzanlagen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit dem 3rd Level Support der Hersteller zur gemeinsamen Lösungsfindung der Verbesserung der Softwarelösung
  • Gelegentliche Dienstreisen zu den Aufbaustandorten unserer Kunden und Umsetzung von Hard- Software Changes
  • Bereitschaft zur Teilnahme an der Rufbereitschaft

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informations-/ Nachrichten- oder Kommunikationstechnik. Alternativ eine fundierte technische Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration (m/w/d), IT-Systemelektroniker (m/w/d) oder Kommunikationselektroniker (m/w/d)
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Aufbau und Inbetriebnahme von komplexen Netzmanagementsystemen sowie im Support komplexer IT-Software- und Serverlösungen erforderlich
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Network Traffic-Analyse und Network Visibility. Praxiserfahrung mit Flow-Daten: NetFlow v5/v9, IPFIX, sFlow, ggf. SNMP
  • Anwendungsspezifische Zertifizierungen im Bereich IP-Flow Managementsysteme wünschenswert
  • Zertifizierungen im Netzwerk- oder Security-Bereich (z. B. CCNA/CCNP, CompTIA Network+/Security+, SANS/GCIA oder vergleichbar)
  • Erweiterte Kenntnisse im Bereich Virtualisierung sowie Managementlösungen (NETFlow Analyzer) im Bereich kritischer Infrastruktur (KRITIS) erforderlich
  • Service- und Kundenorientierung, Engagement, Eigeninitiative sowie selbständiges Arbeiten
  • Sehr gute Deutsch und Englisch-Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Führerschein der Klasse B
