  • IT & KI Specialist / Inhouse Developer (m/w/d)
  • KI im Tagesgeschäft – von der Idee bis zum fertigen Tool.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • KI-Anwendungen entwickeln und einführen – von der Idee bis zum fertigen Tool (Automatisierung, Datenanalyse, MS 365)
  • Mit KI-Werkzeugen (Copilot, Claude, Gemini & Co.) eigene Anwendungen und Automatisierungen bauen
  • Geschäftsprozesse in Produktion und Verwaltung analysieren und optimieren – wo macht uns KI das Leben leichter?
  • Unsere ERP-Systemlandschaft und Schnittstellen weiterentwickeln und betreuen
  • On-Premise- und Cloud-IT sowie Microsoft 365 mitbetreuen
  • Kollegen und Key-User unterstützen, Workshops und Schulungen durchführen

Unsere Anforderungen

  • Echte Begeisterung für KI und neue Technologien – idealerweise auch private Projekte
  • IT-Ausbildung, Studium oder vergleichbare Praxiserfahrung – Quereinsteiger willkommen
  • Selbstständige, zupackende Hands-on-Art und Lust, ständig Neues zu lernen
  • Spaß am Umgang mit Menschen – du hilfst Kollegen aus allen Abteilungen
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse, Englisch von Vorteil
  • Nice to have: Programmierung (C#.NET, TypeScript, Java, Python) oder Datenbanken (MSSQL, PostgreSQL)
