  • Facilitate stakeholder discussions, manage expectations, and proactively handle escalations
  • Collaborate with peers across Europe to share best practices and scale successful solutions across affiliates
  • Support demand intake, prioritization, change management activities, and governance processes
  • Work with global IT subject matter experts and external partners to ensure successful delivery of business value

Who You Are

You are comfortable engaging senior stakeholders, navigating complex situations, and bringing structure to ambiguous challenges. You combine strong business analysis capabilities with curiosity about emerging technologies, particularly Generative AI, and you are energized by identifying practical opportunities to improve how organizations operate. You thrive in collaborative environments, learn quickly, proactively fill knowledge gaps, and build credibility through partnership, problem-solving, and a focus on delivering business impact.
