Für dieses Unternehmen suchen wir einen IT-Leiter – produzierendes Industrieunternehmen (m/w/d).

### Vergütung

70.000–90.000 € Jahresgehalt

### Ihre Aufgaben

  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung der IT-Abteilung
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung der IT-Strategie in enger Abstimmung mit der Geschäftsführung
  • Weiterentwicklung der IT-Landschaft hinsichtlich Sicherheit, Stabilität und Effizienz
  • Planung und Steuerung von IT- und Digitalisierungsprojekten
  • Verantwortung für IT-Security, Datenschutz, Compliance und Risikomanagement
  • Sicherstellung einer stabilen und sicheren IT-Infrastruktur
  • Weiterentwicklung der Microsoft-Umgebung
  • Steuerung des IT-Supports sowie externer IT-Dienstleister und Softwareanbieter
  • Budgetplanung und wirtschaftliche Steuerung der IT

### Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im IT-Bereich, idealerweise in leitender Funktion und in einem produzierenden Unternehmen
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Microsoft-Umgebungen, IT-Infrastrukturen, Netzwerken und IT-Sicherheit
  • Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen und im IT-Projektmanagement
  • Ausgeprägte Führungs-, Kommunikations- und Entscheidungskompetenz
  • Strategisches und analytisches Denkvermögen sowie eine strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
