Ihre Aufgaben :

  • Planung, Koordination und Umsetzung von IT-Projekten wie Einführung eines Web-Shops, eines DMS etc. im ERP/CRM und Infrastrukturbereich
  • Standardisierung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der IT-Landschaft, sowie die Optimierung und Ausbau der unternehmensweiten ITK-Systeme
  • Gewährleistung einer sicheren, hochverfügbaren, effizienten und stabilen IT-Umgebung
  • Definition und Umsetzung von Anforderungen an ERP/CRM und sonstige Businesssoftware
  • Führung und organisatorische Steuerung von IT-Mitarbeitern, sowie Abstimmung und Koordination von externen IT-Betreuern oder IT-Dienstleistern
  • Standardisierung und Optimierung von Server-, Netz- und anderen ITK-Systemen
  • Planung, Umsetzung und fachgerechte Nutzung von KI-Schnittstellen

Ihr Profil:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbarer Studiengang
  • Hohe IT-Affinität und Verständnis für anwendungs- und fachbereichsübergreifende Geschäftsprozesse
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im IT-Umfeld und im ERP/CRM-Umfeld
  • Sehr gute Schnittstellenkompetenz und Kommunikationsstärke mit internen Abteilungen und externen Partnern; Erfahrung und hohes Verhandlungsgeschick in Vertragsverhandlungen bei Investitionsprojekten
  • Hohes analytisches und konzeptionelles Denkvermögen
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Mentalität des Teambuilders und Erfahrung in der Führung und Koordination von Mitarbeitern
