  • Analyse, Priorisierung und Automatisierung von Geschäftsprozessen mit AI-, Low-Code- und Workflow-Lösungen (z. B. Power Platform, Copilot Studio, Azure AI, RPA)
  • Planung und Implementierung moderner Microsoft 365 Workplace-Lösungen (Teams, SharePoint, Viva)
  • Konzeption und Durchführung von Workshops & Schulungen zu AI, Automatisierung und Digital Workplace
  • Leitung und Steuerung von Digitalisierungs- und IT-Projekten von der Idee bis zum Go-live
  • Beratung und Begleitung unserer Kund:innen bei der digitalen Transformation im Microsoft-Umfeld
  • Dein Profil
  • Erfahrung mit Microsoft 365 & Power Platform in der Umsetzung von Lösungen
  • Know-how in AI-Technologien (z. B. Copilot Studio, Azure AI oder vergleichbare Tools)
  • Praxis im IT-Projektmanagement, idealerweise im Kundenumfeld
  • Consulting-Erfahrung von Vorteil
  • IT- oder Projekt-/Prozessmanagement-Ausbildung wünschenswert
  • Reisebereitschaft - regional & bei Bedarf in ganz Österreich
  • Kommunikationssichere Kunden-, Dienstleistungs- und Teamorientierung sowie Umsetzungsstärke
  • Voraussetzung verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Es erwartet dich eine verantwortungsvolle Tätigkeit mit Zukunftsperspektiven. Das gebotene jährliche Bruttogehalt liegt - je nach Erfahrung - ab € 56.000. Eine Überzahlung ist je nach relevanter Arbeitserfahrung und Qualifikation möglich.
