Ihre Aufgaben

  • Leitung nationaler und internationaler Projekte
  • Koordination von Kunden, Partnern und internen Teams
  • Entwicklung, Dokumentation und Verbesserung von Prozessen
  • Erstellung von Angeboten, Kalkulationen und Entscheidungsgrundlagen
  • Steuerung von Terminen, Budgets, Ressourcen und Projektrisiken
  • Unterstützung der Geschäftsleitung bei operativen und kaufmännischen Aufgaben
  • Einsatz digitaler Werkzeuge und KI zur Prozessoptimierung

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium an einer Universität oder Fachhochschule oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation durch entsprechende Berufserfahrung
  • Erfahrung im Projekt- oder Prozessmanagement
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Unternehmerisches Denken und hohe Umsetzungsstärke
  • Offene Kommunikation und souveränes Auftreten
  • Gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Reisebereitschaft im In- und Ausland
  • Gutes IT- und Technologieverständnis

Von Vorteil sind Erfahrungen in den Bereichen Healthcare, Software, Telekommunikation, Angebotserstellung, Prozessoptimierung oder KI.
