  • Ihre Aufgaben
  • Reporting & Analysen: Erstellung monatlicher Kennzahlenberichte (intern/extern) sowie Abstimmung mit operativen Einheiten (Excel); ad-hoc Analysen für das Management.
  • Standardreports & Dokumentation: Entwicklung neuer Standardreports zur Produktivitätssteigerung (Excel/SAC) und Pflege der Dokumentation.
  • First Level Support: Unterstützung von Prinzipalen bei Problemen mit automatisiert versendeten SAP-Berichten; Fragen zu Datenanalysen & Vergleichen beantworten.
  • Datenqualität: Stammdatenpflege sowie laufende Qualitätssicherung der SAC-Berichte.
  • IT-Systeme & Key User: Operative Betreuung von PD-Portal® und allpha®; Mitarbeit bei Weiterentwicklungen (u. a. Customizing, Produktkatalog).
  • SAP/Tests & Projekte: Unterstützung der Key User (MM/WM), Erst-Fehleranalyse & Eskalation; Mitarbeit an Funktions-/Integrationstests, Testplänen und IT-Dokumentation für Go-lives.
  • Ihr Profil
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung mit IT-Schwerpunkt (HTL, Uni, FH, etc.)
  • Erste Berufserfahrungen im Bereich Business Analysis (erste Excelkenntnisse werden vorausgesetzt)
  • Selbständige, Verlässliche und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Analytisches Denken, Problemlösungskompetenz und Gespür für Datenfehler
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Teamfähigkeit
  • Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Unser Angebot
  • Bruttomonatsgehalt von mindestens € 2.362, - (auf Basis Vollzeit)
  • Möglichkeit einer Teilzeitbeschäftigung ab 30 Wochenstunden
  • Kompetenzaufbau im Prozess- und IT-Projektmanagement im modernen SAP S4/Hana Umfeld
  • Ausgezeichnetes Betriebsklima
