• Your Qualifications
• •You have experience in agile software development projects and feel passionate and motivated about supporting software teams in all their disciplines.
• •You have strong communication skills, experience in stakeholder management and client relation management.
• •Analytical thinking and strong solution orientation is one of your core strengths. You know Lean and Agile Frameworks and bring deep knowledge in Requirements Engineering or Product Discovery.
• •You can quickly understand customer challenges and deduce the underlying needs.
• •You actively use AI-powered tools (e.g., code assistants, LLM-based workflows) to amplify your productivity and quality, or you're eager to start.
• •Fluent communication in German and English is no problem for you.
