- Aufgaben:
- Beratung von Fachbereichen und Projekten beim Einsatz von Jira, Confluence und weiteren Engineering-Tools
- Konzeption und Umsetzung von IT-Lösungen, Nutzungskonzepten und Automatisierungen
- Analyse, Aufnahme und Bewertung von Anforderungen sowie Erstellung von Use Cases und Entscheidungsvorlagen
- Unterstützung bei der Standardisierung und Weiterentwicklung von Atlassian-Anwendungen
- Durchführung von Schulungen, Workshops und Anwendersupport für Key User und Fachbereiche
- Schnittstellenfunktion zwischen Fachbereichen, Gremien und zentraler IT
- Identifikation und Bewertung neuer Funktionen, Erweiterungen und technologischer Trends
- Profil:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Atlassian-Umfeld, insbesondere mit Jira und Confluence
- Erfahrung im Applikationsmanagement, Consulting oder der Betreuung von Enterprise-Tools
- Kenntnisse in Anforderungsmanagement, Prozessdesign und Automatisierungen
- Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Fachbereichen, Key Usern und externen Dienstleistern
- Analytische, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie Reisebereitschaft
