Du kennst dich mit Computern aus und organisierst gern? Verbinde Einkauf und Angebote mit praktischem IT-Service. BOS betreut die IT kleiner und mittelständischer Unternehmen.

DEINE AUFGABEN Einkauf & Angebote IT-Service & Support Kundenbedarf ermitteln und technische Anforderungen abstimmen Hardware und Software auswählen; Produkte, Preise und Lieferbarkeit vergleichen Angebote erstellen und Bestellungen abwickeln Lieferungen, Wareneingang und Materialbestände organisieren Softwarepflege und Patchmanagement nach Einarbeitung Störungen annehmen und notwendige Informationen erfassen Anwender bei alltäglichen IT-Problemen unterstützen Unsere erfahrenen Techniker vor Ort beim Kunden unterstützen Dein Einstieg: IT oder kaufmännischer Hintergrund Wichtig sind technisches Verständnis, sorgfältiges Arbeiten, Freude am Kundenkontakt und sicheres Deutsch. Eine bestimmte Ausbildung ist nicht nötig. Fehlende Kenntnisse bauen wir gemeinsam auf.
